Acceptable Use Policy

Coach Portal is a professional space shared by coaches, their clients, and their teams. This policy sets the ground rules. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, including copyrighted material or another person's confidential information.
• Attempt to access another coach's companies, another user's account, or data not shared with you.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Upload malware or use the Service to distribute it.
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through forums, comments, or notifications.
• Resell access to the Service without a written agreement with us.

Coaches' responsibilities

• Only invite participants who have a genuine coaching or training relationship with you.
• Respect the privacy settings: coach-only content exists to protect your notes — do not use it to conceal unlawful material.
• Moderate your company forums; you can lock topics and remove posts.

Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this policy. For serious breaches — unlawful content, security attacks — suspension may be immediate and without notice. Otherwise we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right.
